Reserve Your Date
To secure your date, a booking deposit is required. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll be invited to share your ideas, inspiration, and wedding details, which I'll use to create your initial design concepts.
Most couples book their wedding stationery between 6 and 12 months before their big day to ensure plenty of time for the design and production process.
The Design Process
We'll work closely together throughout the design journey, with several opportunities to review and refine your stationery. I'll incorporate your feedback at each stage, ensuring every detail is perfect and that you're completely happy with the final design before it goes to print.
Printing & Delivery
Once your design has been approved, a final invoice will be issued. After payment has been received, I'll arrange for your stationery to be professionally printed and delivered.
For invitations, most couples send these to guests around 3 months before the wedding. On-the-day stationery is typically delivered 2 to 3 weeks before the celebration, giving you plenty of time to organise everything ahead of the big day.

I believe your wedding stationery should feel just as special as the day itself. Each design is created with care and attention to detail, then professionally printed by expert print partners ensuring every invitation arrives looking and feeling beautifully premium.

I specialise in bespoke stationery with distinctive finishing touches, including custom shapes, metallic foiling, white ink printing, venue illustating, printed envelopes etc.
All stationery is printed on high-quality 300gsm textured Italian card. I particularly love working with coloured cardstocks, such as G.F Smith Colorplan, which add depth, character, and a beautifully refined finish.

Because every wedding is different, I provide a custom quote based on exactly what you're looking for.
After your enquiry, I’ll put together a tailored proposal so you can decide which stationery items and finishing details are the right fit for your wedding day.

As I only take on a limited number of bespoke projects each year, it’s always worth getting in touch sooner rather than later. I tend to book up well in advance, sometimes several months ahead.
